State of the Union

The SBA released a study that finds non-employer (sole proprietor) start-ups outnumber employer start-ups by about 3 to 1. About 58% of non-employer start-ups are home based businesses. For those businesses that have longevity beyond three years, many employ additional workers. I was wondering how many BIMF participants are sole proprietorships, and if your plans include hiring staff now or in the future. President Obama is to address the Nation tonight (State of the Union) and may have a few words to say about jobs creation and hiring incentives. All the best.
